I am drinking the meal replacement shakes, 5 to 7 a day. This is day 5 for me and I have lost 17 pounds. I know it sounds crazy, I had to weigh myself a few time to make sure the scale was reading right. I am not eating anything, that is the hard part, and I started a weight lifting program on day 1 of this diet. Fighting the cravings is the hard part, you have to want to lose weight in the worst way. I just found out I have diabetes and I developed a blood clot, so I had a lot of incentive to lose weight quickly. Also I need to lose about half my body weight.
