Download the GenieGO™ App from the Google play App Store.

Compatible devices include:

• Android OS 2.3.5 to 4.2.4
• Samsung Galaxy S

• Samsung Galaxy Note 2
• Droid RAZR
• Droid Bionic

Other Android devices have not yet been tested to work with the GenieGO app. Please check back later as we continue to add devices to the supported list.

DIRECTV GenieGO ™ App for PC

Follow the steps below to download and install the GenieGO App on your PC. This will take approximately 30-45 minutes. During this time, please do not turn off your computer or attempt to cancel the download even if you don't see a download progress bar.

1. Download the DIRECTV GenieGO PC App (Download time is dependent on your broadband Internet connection)
2. Install the DIRECTV GeniegGO PC App (Approximately 25-30 min)
3. First time installation may include:
   • .NET Framework version 4.0
   • Windows Installer 4.5
4. Register and Activate DIRECTV GenieGO PC App

Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your GenieGO device and register your application.

3. Launch the DIRECTV GenieGO Mac App by double-clicking the file in the Applications folder.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to register and activate the DIRECTV GenieGO Mac App.
