AIR Technology is a design feature included in this year's BBCOR bats: the BBCOR Air and the BBCOR AIR Elite. Both bats embody our revolutionary Rifle Barrel design. This new baseball bat design removes a significant amount of weight from the barrel of the bat without affecting the bat's durability. As a result, both the BBCOR AIR and BBCOR AIR Elite have an average wall thickness that is ridiculously thin, yet strong enough to take on even the toughest pitch. When a player steps to the plate they want a bat that is designed to work with them in their pursuit of being the best hitter they can be, which is why we designed AIR Technology to do just that.
