Exploded views are available for most models. To actually place an order, find your desired area of equipment. Click on the corresponding number to the desired part in the exploded view. This will bring up a selection window where you can add the part to your shopping cart (note: If the price is displayed as $0.00, the part is not available). If you would prefer to order over the telephone, please have the specific item numbers or the model and control unit information about your step in hand when you call. In many cases, the series and serial number can be found on a product sticker located on the underside of the steps. You will need to look up at the underside of the treads while laying on your back. Generally, the control unit will be underneath the step in a plastic box of various colors. Please record the color and the number on the control box.

• Type of step. Single, Double or Triple (we deliver to you, replacement parts and units for almost all of their products)
• Series or Model Number. For example Series 28, Series 32, Model 8278.
• Color and Model Number of Control Unit. Orange No 9515, Brown Box No 8009,

Green Plastic Box No. 8311-1, etc.

Have old Part : If possible you should also have the old item in hand when calling. This may be of help in verifying that we are correctly matching what you need.
