Bio-Matthew David McConaughey was born on November 4, 1969 in Uvalde, Texas. Matthew began his acting career in 1991 when he appeared in a few television commercials. The actor started to gain popularity after his role in Dazed and Confused in 1993. McConaughey followed up with roles in movies like A Time To Kill, Contact, U-571, Tiptoes, Sahara, and We Are Marshall.
