1. Always keep in mind that you have tofill the Tall Cup around 50% of leafy greens and another 50% for your fruits. A good handful of green leafy of you choice will make two cup servings. For your leafy greens, you can use collard greens, romaine, spring greens, kale, broccoli, swiss chard and spinach (surely Popeye got his power dose from this!). Fortwo cups of smoothie, you can add a fruit, banana or an avocado to have a “,thicker”, factor to your drink. 2. Thenput water or ice up to the MAX line. You want a “,creamy”, taste then put less water. If you want it thinner texture, then simply add more water. Just neve roverdo it.
3. For added booster. you can add some nuts and seed to include essential fiber and nutrition. You can use nuts like walnuts, cashews or almonds. Seeds like chia. flax, hemp, pumpkin, sesame and sunflower will give additional fatty acids to your drink. Don’,t fret, these are essential saturated fat for your body when you’,re burning down energy. Goji or acai berries will also pack more your nutritious drink.
4. Twist, let the blade do its work and have a Nutriblast! Achieve the consistency and smooth texture.

Ingredients include: fresh spinach, celery, carrots, apple, ginger, lemon, water and some ice cubes. Mix, power up the blade and smooth consistency and voila!
