I just received my first order from Totsy, and I can say the whole experience was ok. The website is bit difficult to navigate, but the sales are amazing. I ordered 3 shirts for my daughter at $4/each, a pair of boots for $10, a dress, a sweater, and set of storage containers. Since this was my first order, I got free shipping.
About two weeks after I placed my order, I got an email stating the boots I had ordered were unavailable. Bummer - since that was the main sale item that drew me to the site. The remaining order took about 5 weeks to arrive.
The items were all great and correct except for my dress. I ordered a small and the package label said ",small", - but the dress inside was a medium. This probably wasn',t a Totsy issue but a problem from the main company. I called the customer service number with my order, and after a few minutes on hold, a polite lady answered and said they would issue a refund for the dress since they didnt have any smalls at the warehouse. When I asked if I needed to send the medium dress back, she said no. It was mine to keep, and I could give it away if I wanted. )
I',m not sure if I',d order again right away. If I got free shipping or found an amazing deal that I wasnt in a hurry to get, then I would. For gifts or everyday items, I',d probably pass.
