Check to see if the lint screen is clogged if you notice that your clothes are not drying well enough. If this does not solve your problem, check to see if the exhaust vent is also clogged with lint. Do the same with the outside exhaust hood. If you do not feel air movement when you put your hand underneath the outside exhaust hood, clean the exhaust system of all lint. If you have a blown fuse or the circuit breaker has tripped, that will also cause your dryer drum to turn, but not blow heat onto your clothes. Finally, check to make sure that you have not selected the "air dry" cycle.
