The lockdown status at the Auburn Learning Center has been lifted per Law Enforcement. Although children may not leave on their own, parents with proper identification may pick up their children. All children are safe. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to a police situation, Horizon administration has placed the Auburn Learning Center on lockdown in coordination with all schools in the Auburn area. The children are safe and all safety protocols are being followed. We will issue an update when the status of the lockdown changes and is lifted. Thank you for your understanding.

Guidance News!
The Guidance Department is excited to announce the Prudential Spirit of Community Award Program. All high school students who have participated in a volunteer service activity in the past year are invited to apply for a 2015 Prudential Spirit of Community Award. Nominated students will become eligible to win an award of $1,000 or more, a beautifully engraved medallion, and a memorable all-expense-paid trip with a parent to Washington, DC, next spring. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
Guidance Department News!
In the month of November, the Guidance Department will be delivering a College Readiness Workshop at each of the Learning Centers for all high school students and their families. These dates are also on the calendar on the HUB. Please contact Melora Klusnick in Guidance if you have any questions.
