Miracle Ear Hearing Aids

Consumer Complaints &, Reviews

Satisfaction Rating 1 /5

Took possession of my hearing aids August 13, and started with problems from the very start. Had to make several trips during the very short time I had them in order to have them worked on, adjusted, or whatever. but it did not make any difference, as they simply did not do any real good. I only had them for three weeks, but decided to return them and forget about it. just not worth the effort and expense going back and forth and not getting any meaningful use from them.

I returned them well within the 30 days time period, but they withheld $403.50 from the refund. I am very upset that they think they are entitled to keep this much money for something that was of no value to me during the time I had them, and the extra cost I had going back and forth a good distance. for nothing. I have asked them for the full refund, based on the fact that I never got any use out of what must be an inferior product. No response has been received to my request that was given seven days ago. I have placed a request to open a complaint claim with Miracle Ear's headquarters in Plymouth, MN, as well as with my Credit Card Company that I made the payment from.

The people I dealt with at Miracle Ear were all very nice, and now we will see if they are nice enough to honor my request, accept the fact that they did not give me a good product, and refund the rest of my money.
