This location has consistently impressed me with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are quick to meet you at your car as you pull up and invite you to relax in their customer lounge. The waiting area is small and nothing to get excited about, but it',s fairly comfortable, clean, and you can watch them work on your car through the large floor to ceiling windows dividing the garage from the lounge.
They never do anything without asking first, and always explain what needs to be done without the guilt trip and judgy eyes you usually get if you opt not to take them up on their recommendations. I can appreciate that because there is nothing worse than getting a lecture and being pressured to have work done when you aren',t in the position to do so. I also appreciate the complimentary wi-fi, window washing and vacuum, which adds a little V.I.P. feel--even though everybody gets it. But hey, it',s the little things, right?

My, my, how things change, right?
Over 2 years ago, I gave this location a 1 star when my then boyfriend came home with an astronomical bill for an oil change.
