I took my lovely girlfriend to get some lunch here and hike down to Snoqualmie falls. I had no idea what to expect except that my dad said that it was good. So we walk into the restaurant without a reservation (ON A WEEKDAY) and only had to wait about ten minutes before the seater? (front desk restaurant person) called us into the dining room (Pun intended) We sit down one table away from the window, which still looks beautiful from one row back. D I ordered a cup of the seafood chowder and she ordered some sort of salad. (I have no idea what the actual names of the starters were) The chowder was some of the best i have ever had, i really like that the soup had more than just the flavor of clams in it! Her salad was good as well but i was too occupied with my chowder to remember how it tasted XD. Then our entrees came, a plate of like a billion muscles for her, and some skirt steak with fries. The muscles were good, but im not a huge fan of them in the first place. (SHE LOVEDDDD THEM) and my skirt steak was EXTREMELY good, despite it not being a ",Fancy", cut of meat it was excellent. You can buy an expensive steak somewhere at like the Keg for example that will be around $35 dollars or 2154.6 rupees that won',t even touch how delicious this steak was. After eating most of our entree (we were both full at this point) they moved us over to the table by the window. The view is breath taking! (Score one for me) I ordered one creme brulee (brule?) and enjoyed that with the view!
In conclusion: The place is clean and up kept (1 star) There is a reason to go here! The views are great, and you can still go on the hike after lunch! (2 stars) The food was amazing! and ordering those 5 things just barley put us over $40 a person including the tip (3 and 4 stars) The service was really good! (5 stars)
