I’,ve been looking all over the place for 2015 Fed Civ Pro questions and answers. Mastering Multiple Choice for Federal Civil Procedure MBE Bar Prep might be worth the plunge for your 2015 prep.
I have no idea whether this book is good or bad but the description explicitly says:
This multiple-choice exam practice book is designed for (a) bar exam takers, who are preparing to take the MBE multiple-choice bar exam (Civil Procedure is a new testing topic added to the MBE multiple-choice bar exam as of February 2015)
Also:
The book offers…, a lengthy set of Civil Procedure multiple-choice practice questions with answers and explanations (designed to simulate MBE-style questions).
Between this, the Fleming’,s MBE Supplement. and the 10 free questions on NCBEX.org, I think non-bar course takers may have just enough to be covered for the new federal civil procedure portion of the exam.
The great news is Mastering Multiple Choice for Federal Civil Procedure MBE Bar Prep is only $38. That’,s pretty cheap as far as bar exam supplement books go.
