We absolutely stand behind everything we make and sew - We will either refund you, send you a replacement, or even provide alteration credit if you'd prefer to amend via your local seamstress, we'll do whatever it takes to satisfy and float that boat of yours.
Remember to order some free samples though, because colours on each monitor can and will vary, most importantly though, get samples because it's not cool to protest if you think our whites doesn't exactly match the white you have on your wall.

This also include fair wear &, tear usage of a couch as per our fabric care guide, it goes without saying though that no couch (read: slipcovers) should EVER double the function of a scratching post for your furry ones or a trampoline for the kids, no matter how cute and adorable they are.
Apart from that, everything we sell is handmade from scratch in our own workshop, Once an order is placed, fabric is retrieved from storage, a pattern is then drawn on it, We then cut, sew, pipe, edge, iron, pack and schedule it for pick up by the guys in the funny shorts.
