I can',t say enough great things. I had a bunch of oddball questions for them and they answered every one with a ton of detail and patience. The absolute best.
Signed contract and had permits on 10/31/13. Demo was done 11/08/13. Concrete poured on 11/20/13. We were really excited cause the concrete was done before cold set in. Then the wait. garage didn',t go up until 01/09/14. Had to call several times before they set a date for our build. Garage was up in 2 days of work. We had our final inspection and failed due to two missing lag bolts in the framing by the big overhead door. Called to have them come fix and they never called back so husband ended up doing it himself. We wanted to do electric ourselves, so no comment on their electrical work. We did it ourselves and passed that inspection with flying colors. )
We were incredibly pleased with Jeff Fisher and his team at Danley',s and would highly recommend them to others.
Jeff and one of his carpenters came to look at the damage caused by a neighbor',s tree falling on our garage, and we were emailed a detailed quote shortly after. The price was quite reasonable. Here',s the point where we should have immediately hired Danley',s, but instead we made the mistake of going with a competitor. Four weeks after signing a contract with said competitor (and now in the middle of winter), we were still waiting on the repairs -- with no end in sight.
\We called Danley',s back on a Tuesday (right before Christmas, no less), and they agreed to do the job. On Thursday, we signed a contract, and on Saturday the work was completed. Amazing. Jeff had the foresight to move the job up a couple of days to take advantage of good weather, which was critical for getting the work done. His team was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job with the repairs. They were even nice enough to help us install a keypad opener when they saw me struggling with our old one (now defunct). Truly a great team to work with.
Don',t make the same mistake we did, hire Danley',s the first time around!
