Hearing about Alex and Ani bracelets I wanted to know what all of the hype was about. I was looking for a birthday present for a good friend of mine and honestly when I came across their website I knew a trip downtown to their store was completely necessary.
Loving the trendy neighborhood they are in I knew I would be happy with my visit. I will say because I am a native new Yorker I was also prepared for pushy sales people, which I did not encounter at all.
When I first walked in you would of thought they were having a half off sale by how may people were in the store. I looked around and for a little bit before I was approached by anyone, because it was so busy. Once I was acknowledged it was all pleasantries from there. I did not know there was a stacking concept with the bangles so once the store helper explained that to me the ball was rolling from there.
I really love how much variety there is with Alex and Ani. There is a charm for basically everything. My close friend is a trained chef but she loves making cupcakes, so when I saw a cupcake charm I knew I was in right space. I had to remind myself several times that I was shopping for her and not for me!
But best believe I will be returning soon for my own set of Alex and Ani bangles and am definitely passing the word around about them being my new must have item!
