, , Option1: Submit an Online Cancellation Form
You can submit your request to cancel your QuickBooks Do-It-Yourself (Enhanced, Basic, Standard) Payroll through the Online Cancellation Form.
You can also access the form in QuickBooks:- Go to Employees menu>, My Payroll Service >, Account/Billing Info .
- Sign in using your Intuit Account login . , The Account Maintenance page will open.
- In the ,Sevice Information section, click the Cancel link.
You will need to provide your:
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- Company Name
- Business Phone Number
- *Email Address
