Quickbooks payroll subscription

 , , Option1: Submit an Online Cancellation Form

You can submit your request to cancel your QuickBooks Do-It-Yourself (Enhanced, Basic, Standard) Payroll through the Online Cancellation Form.

You can also access the form in QuickBooks:
  1. Go to Employees menu>, My Payroll Service >, Account/Billing Info .
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Account login . , The Account Maintenance page will open.
  3. In the ,Sevice Information section, click the Cancel link.

You will need to provide your:

  • EIN (Employer Identification Number)
  • Company Name
  • Business Phone Number
  • *Email Address
*A current Email Address is REQUIRED for all cancellation requests. You will receive confirmation of cancellation and other important information within 3 business days of our receipt of the Request to Cancel form.",
