I've been doing live and recorded sound since my childhood in the early 60s. I have recorded music for an academy award nominated film, done live sound all around the country in venues of various sizes and for many different styles of music. My life would have been a hell of a lot easier if I'd had one of these dbx DriveRack units. I LOVE THIS THING!
There also is a high-quality dbx stereo compressor, if you wish to use it, a multiband stereo EQ, and a subharmonic synthesizer. This may be the most useful piece of gear I've ever purchased. You can squeeze every last bit of sound reinforcement out of a very small system--and leave all that heavy gear at home.
Even as a longtime techie I have to say that the dbx DriveRack PX works like magic. It prevents or remedies Feedback, the universal gremlin of sound-reinforcement that has plagued amplified sound since Day One. Read more &rsaquo,
