Should you not be 100% happy with the ties, bow ties, pocket squares, or any other products you ordered through us, then simply ship them back to us and we will issue a 100% refund to your credit card. Please note that we can only accept returns for ties that have not been worn. All returns must be received within 30-days of your invoice date.
