Overall, I am disappointed in this app. I have been using it for about three weeks, and it continually frustrates me. If only the developer would listen to feedback and correct the problems, it would be a 5 star app!
Pros:
* The app is easy to use, and the food database is extensive.
* It is feature rich, and good for tracking carbs and weight.
Cons:
* When searching the food database, there is no indication when the search is done. It either returns a list of foods, or nothing. A message that says - "Nothing found" would be very useful.
* The app tends to lockup quite often now when I try to log the foods I have eaten. When that happens, all the data is lost and I have to start over. This is very frustrating. It seems to happen the most when I change the quantity of the food I have eaten. For example, If I eat three eggs, I change the quantity of eggs to 3. But then I cannot log them - no error message, it just freezes. So now, I have to enter eggs three time, which is frustrating.
It would be nice if this app were to track both calories in and calories out - ie. when one exercises, it would be great to be able to enter than information as well.
I suggest you look at other apps for tracking carbs.
