About Dyeable Bridal Shoes
Most of the white bridal shoes you see on this website are dyeable. If the shoe is made of dyeable silk or satin you will be given the option to dye your shoes. Brides love colorful wedding shoes to make their big day extra unique to them! However, there are some risks involved when dyeing your shoes. How to Order:
1. Dye Your Shoes Now:
MyGlassSlipper.com offers 30 different choices to dye your bridal shoes for only $14.00. Select the color you want when you add your wedding shoes to your cart and we will dye the shoes before they ship. By selecting your dye color when you order your shoes, your bridal shoes will arrive to you in the color you have selected. After the shoes have been dyed, they can no longer be returned or exchanged. If you would prefer to try the shoes on first before they get dyed, check out our Try-n-Dye option.
2. Try-n-Dye Before the Wedding:
If you are weary of ordering wedding shoes to be dyed a color up front, select "No" in the dye option menu and order them in white first. After you receive the shoes and like the way they fit, send them back to us to be dyed. Click here to print the Shoe Dye form for you to fill out and include in your return shipment. After we receive your shoes back, they will be dyed and sent back out to you in three days or less. Though it takes a bit longer and there are some added shipping expenses, this option eliminates the risk that you get a pair of shoes that don’t fit. *As long as the shoes haven’t been dyed you can still exchange them for a different size or style, get a refund, or request a different size to be dyed.
*Try-n-dye is not available for customers that are shipping internationally.

Please keep in mind that the images of our dyed shoes are digitally colorized images and we have done our best to match them to our dye colors, but due to the color variation settings of your monitor there may be a slight variation on what you see in real life. Return Policy:
READ BEFORE TRYING ON YOUR SHOES
Be sure your hands and feet are clean
Wear protective stockings. Shoes returned with toe marks will not be accepted.
Try your shoes on carpet only, not hard floors. Shoes returned with scuffed soles will not be accepted.
All shoes purchased from BridalShoes.com may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first 30 days after your items are delivered to your door, not 30 days from the day you order. Returns received after the 30 day period may be subject to a restocking fee.
*When returning four or more pair of shoes:
When returning more than three pair of shoes, there will be a $5.00 per pair re-stocking fee for each pair of shoes starting with the 4th pair. There are no restocking fees for the first three pair of shoes. There is no restocking fee for non-shoe items.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Fees will automatically be charged on all exchanges. UPS Ground will be selected unless otherwise noted on the return form.
Custom dyed and custom decorated shoes are not returnable.
How to Return/Exchange Items:
To return or exchange any item you purchased, simply fill out the return form (blue sheet) included with your order and ship the package to:

Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund or exchange. Your refund should appear in your account within 3-5 business days of receiving your email confirmation. For exchanges, any difference in price will either be charged or refunded to the credit card used on the initial purchase unless requested otherwise. If the item you are exchanging for is discontinued or out of stock a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please feel free to contact us regarding availability.
Pack shoes in their shoe boxes just as you received them and place in cardboard shipping box. Shoes damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee. Do not return shoes in only their shoe boxes. Shoes returned without cardboard protection will be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Label Provided (For use in United States only) – For quick and cost effective return shipping, you may use our Return Shipping Label included with your order. The cost for using this label is stated on the return form included with your order. This amount will be deducted at the time of your return or exchange. When using this label, place it over the old label on the brown shipping box and drop it off at any UPS location. Please make note of the tracking number located on the label for your records. Please do not include this in the box as there will be no way to reference this number if the package is lost. Write the tracking number down and keep it with you in the event that the return package is lost we will need the number from you to look up the package and open an investigation.
Sending shoes back to be dyed or decorated:
Please review and fill out the Shoe Dye Form prior to having shoes dyed. You can print the form from here: Shoe Dye form
To send your shoes back to be custom dyed or decorated you may use the Return Shipping Label included in your package. The cost for using this label is stated on the return form included with your order. This amount will be deducted before we dye or decorate the shoes. When using this label, place it over the old label on the brown shipping box and drop it off at any UPS location.
