Update here. My mom had a drain issue - roots in the main line. Called roto rooter and setup an appointment for 2 hours later. They gave me a two hour window and the dispatcher called as they were dispatching John out to fix the issue.
John arrived on time and within the hour the problem was solved. As always we were given a 6 month warrenty on the work.!

Made the call and the dispatcher said someone would be out between 1 and 3pm. at 12:30 she called back from the dispatcher to confirm that Purna would be over in a few minutes (Gotta love the prompt and timely callback!!)
Purna (emp id 2197) came to the house to help out. He was the same person that came with the previous call so I knew the problem would be solved quickly.
He was careful bring in the equipment and covered his boots with protective covers as not to scratch the floor (we didn',t even have to ask!)
About midway through the call, his supervisors swung by as part of some regular audit or something - both of them were very courteous as well.
Purna nailed the clog in a few minutes and was nice enough to replace one of the eaten away pieces for no change! He also left us a gallon of there special drain treatment.
So I',m a huge beliver of a overall good customer experience (along with solving the problem) and Roto-Rooter I have to say really has it together. I',ll continue to be a repeat customer in the future. Read more
